The mission of the South Los Angeles Homeless Transition Age Youth (TAY) and Foster Care Collaborative is to prevent and end youth homelessness in the South Los Angeles region.

We bring together a diverse group of organizations and individuals who are committed to working together to influence policy and system change in  the South Los Angeles region. Strategic community partnerships  are essential for creating a system of care that will best meet the needs of homeless Transition Age Youth (TAY) and Foster Care youth, ages 16-25.

Communities in Motion provides strategic consulting services and infrastructure support for the Collaborative.
