Communities in Motion is coordinating & overseeing the 2015 Homeless Count in Service Planning Areas (SPA) 5 & 8. Below are incentives for Toastmaster clubs in District ONE who recruit the most volunteers in SPAs 5 & 8 – West Los Angeles & the South Bay (excluding Long Beach).
